Chockalingam completed his PhD in Aerospace Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is working with Dr. Adrian Buganza Tepole, Associate Professor in Mechanical Engineering and Dr. David Umulis, Professor of Biomedical Engineering, on a research project that integrates computational biophysics and machine learning. Dr. Senthilnathan’s research interest lies in developing neural network metamodels to replace traditional partial differential equations solvers.
