WMS - UAS: Learn the ins and outs to pass the FAA’s initial aeronautical knowledge exam: “Unmanned Aircraft General – Small (UAG). You will earn your certificate drone pilot license during the semester and work with corporate partners to do test flights.

During the first semester on this team, students are expected to take and pass the UAS’s initial aeronautical knowledge exam and get an FAA Section 107 license. There is a fee of $175 to take the exam. Scholarships may be available for licensing reimbursement. For more information, contact Professor Dunlop. In addition to licensure, teams will work with corporate partners to run test flights for their companies.
