Shanna Daly and Euridice Oware Receive ASEE-ERM Apprentice Faculty Grants

Recognizing technical accomplishments and educational goals and achievements, the American Society for Engineering Education's Division of Educational Research and Methods has named ENE doctoral students Shanna Daly and Euridice Oware as two of its four 2008 Apprentice Faculty Grant recipients.

Brock Barry and Holly Matusovich Receive Bilsland Dissertation Fellowships

These Purdue fellowships provide support to outstanding PhD candidates in their final year of doctoral degree completion. Barry's research evaluates methods of assimilating ethics into the engineering curriculum; Matusovich's research explores the intersection of achievement motivation and students' decisions to study engineering.

ENE Research Featured to the Community

Lafayette’s Journal and Courier ran the article “Inspiring Future Engineers” on November 7, featuring ENE faculty member Brenda Capobianco’s pilot study in elementary school classrooms.
